The Flag of Rivne is the official symbol representing the administrative unit of Rivne Oblast (region) in western Ukraine. The flag consists of five horizontal stripes in the colors of yellow, blue, and red, which are arranged in the order of blue-yellow-red-blue-blue, occupying approximately two-thirds of the flag’s height. The remaining one-third of the hoist side is reserved for a white square field, on which a coat of arms of Rivne Oblast is centered. The flag was officially adopted on June 20, 2003, and its design reflects the regional history and culture.
